Scrolling vertically w/in my worksheet I encounter two different speeds, why, and can this be changed?
I am thinking there is something that is in the format of the worksheet that when I am scrolling past this certain area the scrolling slows down considerably and it is in the same area all the time of this worksheet. I have experienced this in other worksheets, but have not found the common thread the causes this effect.

thanks,

ds

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Hello,

Do you mean the scrolling slow down or doesn't scroll at all.

There is a property scrollarea for each worksheet that defines the scrolling area.

You may know about it already.

Meaning if you wanted to limit where people can navigate on your worksheet you could set ie:

a1:a150

Meaning people couldn't scroll outside these cells.

This property can be set via VBA by selecting the worksheet and them clicking on properties and entering in scrollarea whatever range you want
