I am trying to boil down a list of airport codes.
I have several sources IATA1 & 2) none of which are complete...anyhow....here is what I have and what I want to do...
IATA_1....IATA_2...IATA_3...ICAO...Airport_Name
SOZ........#N/A...................LFKS....Solenzara
BOU........BOU....................LFLD.....Bourges
#N/A........VHY....................LFLV.....Vichy
#N/A........#N/A...................LFMC....Le Luc
I want excel to sort out IATA_1 and IATA_2 and decide to use the code that is not an error (sometimes there is no error and both sources are correct- and sometimes both sources are an error) and place it in IATA_3.
IATA_1....IATA_2...IATA_3...ICAO...Airport_Name
SOZ........#N/A......SOZ.......LFKS....Solenzara
BOU........BOU.......BOU......LFLD.....Bourges
#N/A........VHY......VHY........LFLV.....Vichy
#N/A........#N/A.....NONE .....LFMC....Le Luc
Thanks for the help
