I want to design a dive log that I can enter things like psi, dive #, date into a box, save it then delete the contents of the boxes for the next dive without deleting my box names or formulas.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hello Firemike and welcome to the board.

You didn't really ask us a question. You state you want to design something, how far have you gotten? What do you need help with?

Why don't you enter the information into a worksheet?

Each row will represent a dive, each column a particular attribute such as dive #, date, psi, etc.
