Is there any way of searching a list of names and outputting the names in to a seperate list. However i only need each name once. I dont need any duplicate names to reappear.

So far i can output the names but i cant prevent repeated names from appearing

ie highlight name column

I`ve tried the advanced filter. I`m pretty sure ive done it corerectly and i`ve come accross a few problems.

The data filter only lets me copy to an active sheet, The data needs to be transfered to a seperate worksheet.

I also need the data to update automatically this also doesnt seem to happen using the data filter method..

The original data is imported from an access databse and is sent to there from a seperate excel workbook.

Cheers

Chris
