Search for blank rows

Hi I need to do the following from a excel sheet that looks likes this:

Blank row
Stuff1
Blank row
Stuff2
Blank row
Stuff to delete
Stuff to delete
Stuff to delete
Stuff to delete
Blank row
Stuff 3a
Stuff 3b
Stuff3c
*********
To become this (with | representing a new cell on the same row)
Stuff1|Stuff2|Stuff3abc (all concatenated together)|

With all of the extra blank rows deleted as well as the “stuff to delete rows”

Ideas thoughts or help?
