Search for the latest date

Hi,
I have a list of names and paid-to-date year by year. I'm looking for a way to trim down the data and only get the latest paid-to-date. Please see the sample below. Thanks.

Hi Micron
Colors in all columns are automatically formated. Last row in column A is important but colors are conditional formated in all columns.
