Search issues

Hello, I am using an embedded search function in excel (example below).

=SUMPRODUCT(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Sounding Lake",$F14:$F30))+0,BD14:BD30,$J14:$J30)

The problem is that the search is also grabbing and summing another similar embedded search (see below)

=SUMPRODUCT(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Sounding Lake S.",$F14:$F30))+0,BD14:BD30,$J14:$J30)

I've tried to retype the formula after clearing the cell but it still grabs and sums one with the other, the two areas "Sounding Lake and Sounding Lake S." are 2 unique areas and I do not understand why it is grabbing both as the formulas have to proper search ID's in them

Any insight would be appreciated.
