Search, match and display

Please help me in this. Thanks in advance

1) Search the whole list of name in Sheet 2 (List)
2) Match the name in Sheet 1 (Summary)
3) Display the number in found in Sheet 2 (?) which match the name in Sheet 1
4) If the name doe not exist in Sheet 2 display N/A
