Search Row For Date And Give Header Name

I have a table that we have 15 different columns that track completions dates. What I am looking for is a formula that in each row will search the range from F to W and when it finds the latest date populated to give the header name. My rows start on 3 and the Header is row 2. The further away from column F is the closer you get to the finish of the process. Column W is the last column for the final update. Is there a formula that would look for this ?

Thank you. It works except if there is a column with the same date it will take the first column the same date is in. Is there a way to choose the furthest right column that has the same date ?
