I might be making this too complicated. I am trying to look up a value in a table based on two values. I have a table with 100 employees and I want to add a column with their quartile rank based on position.

Column M has everyone's position | Column has the employees

I want the formula to return the top value which represents the quartile

Column M (employee position)Column K (YTD Results)Formula results (quartile score)

Coach79.00%3
Employee180.00%1
