Would anyone have a ready made code for Excel VBA to search the given listbox based on the criteria my user enters to a textbox? This shouldn't be hard to do but I can imagine people here have already implemented it several times so it's most likely well tested etc. already.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
How many columns in the listbox? If it's only one, then you can just use the Filter function in VBA.
