So I'm working on a schedule sheet that populates the number of hours a person has worked. Pretty simple. Now though we are working on multiple projects and when scheduling them we are coloring the names font a different color for each different project.

So currently I have the following

Code:
{=SUM(LEN(C1:T83)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(C1:T83,"Mark","")))/LEN("Mark")}

This allows to me to find the number of times the name Mark appears in the scheduling list.

What I'm working on now is to somehow find names like Mark, but only if they are a certain font color like blue, cyan, fushia, or white.

I found MS Excel 2003: Count the number of cells with a particular font color that has information on counting just colors but it's kind of old and I wasn't sure if there was a more streamlined way of accomplishing what I'm looking for.

Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
