dear all,

i have 1 workbook with mutable worksheets.
i use 1 sheet that contains outlet numbers in use and i have 1 sheet that contains all the outlet numbers.

i would like to know how i can compare these and maybe use a check box on the second sheet that gives the information of which outlet is use (checked) and which not (unchecked).

can somebody help me?

kind regards,

mctwan

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Have a look at vlookup.

Using vlookup, you will be able to set an appropriate cell with true/false, which you could the use as the linked cell to a checkbox
