Hello,

I am trying to seatch for this string "G2 MA53" and if found, replace the value in column E of the found row number. Currently, I have it hardcoded to E37, but I am unsure how to find the row number. Sorry for the basic question.

Code:
Selection.Find(What:="G9 MA53", After:=ActiveCell, LookIn:=xlFormulas, _
   LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlNext, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False).Activate
   Range("E37").Select
   ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "NewValue"

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
How about
Code:
   Dim Fnd As Range
   Set Fnd = Selection.Find("G9 MA53", , , xlPart, , , False, , False)
   If Not Rng Is Nothing Then Range("E" & Fnd.Row).Value = "New Value"
