Secondary axis graph issue

Does anyone know how to get rid of the vertical gap on this graph, where this secondary axis is an area graph and the other vertical axis is a line graph. I had the ability to remove these gaps (left and right sides) when I was using Excel 97 but having gone onto Mac Office 2011 can only do the left hand side. Any suggestions?

Once you put both lines (or whatever you want as your secondary) into your graph, then you have to click on that line and edit the properties. Before you could put it in afterwards, but not in 2007+
