Security issue with XL Reporter

In SAP Business One 2007 we use the XL Reporter to generate customised reports. When we try to run the report, Excel gives us the message
"Because of the the security settings in Excel, XL reporter is not active" "More information you will find in Help" (Free translated from the Dutch language). We use Office 2003 and 2002, both version give the same message. Decreasing the macro security settings to low does not help. I could not find any relevant information in the help file from both Excel and XL Reporter, and the Supportdesk from XL Reporter refers to MSExcel and this site to help me out. Does anybody has an idea what setting could me out?

Hi,

Try:

On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Security.

On the Trusted Sources tab, check the Trust access to Visual Basic Project check box.

Might not be the answer but worth a try.
