If I have in a cell, let's cell A1:

19095551212

and, in B1, I only want to see the last 7 digits of the number (5551212), how would I do that?

I want to apply this to a huge list of numbers where I only want to see the last 7 digits of every number.

Thanks.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hi,

The RIGHT worksheet function should do this for you.

=RIGHT(A1)

where A1 is the first cell of data you wish to parse. Copy down the list (if your data is set up that way.

Since your example is a phone number, you should not run into any problems with a leading zero.

There are other ways to do this, so please post back if this is not what you need.
