To Excel Giants Everywhere - Please help,

I am familiar with the general options for drop down lists... i.e. format the cell to reference a list and then check one.

Is there another solution where a user can check multiple options and then those options are stored in one cell?

If so, is there also a way to prioritize the picks? i.e. maximum of 5 picks - 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Or, maximum of 5 picks - 1, x, x, x, x (top one all rest are equal and second to 1).

Seeking efficiency, effectiveness, and coolness.

Thanks,
Dustin

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
