Hello:

I have an Excel spreadsheet that has a long list of check boxes. I have set up a "Select/Deselect All" check box (i.e., a master check box) that allows me to select and deselect all check boxes in the spreadsheet. But, instead of selecting/deselecting all check boxes in the spreadsheet, I only want the master check box to select/deselect the check boxes showing when the spreadsheet is filtered. Any help would be appreciated.

Below is the code used to set up my master check box:

Sub AllCheckboxes()

Dim cb As CheckBox

For Each cb In ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes

If cb.Name <> ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes("Check Box 1952").Name Then
cb.Value = ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes("Check Box 1952").Value
End If

Next

End Sub

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Try...

VBA Code:
Sub AllCheckboxes()

    Dim cb As CheckBox

    For Each cb In ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes
        If cb.TopLeftCell.EntireRow.Hidden = False Then
            If cb.Name <> ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes("Check Box 1952").Name Then
                cb.Value = ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes("Check Box 1952").Value
            End If
        End If
    Next

End Sub

Hope this helps!
