Select multiple files with user form

Hi All,

Could you kindly help with below task:

I have three files in three different folders. I would like to browse and select files from different folder and would like to have interface/user form like below:

File one should be named as file one and so on(Irrespective of the file name saved in the folder. Because file name changes every week)

After selecting file I would like to switch between the files with name(one, two and three) for example if I want to activate file two I should be able to use Workbooks("Two").Activate.

Your help is much appreciated!!
