Select same range on different sheet

I would like to write a VBA macro which all it does is take the selected range from one sheet and selects and goes to that range on another sheet. I can't figure out exactly how to extract just the cell references without the sheet references from the selection object.

For sake of example lets say I start on sheet1 with a range selected, and want to go to sheet2 with the identical range selected.

Anyone know how?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Code:
Sub Test()
x = Selection.Address
Sheets("Sheet2").Select
Range(x).Select
End Sub
