Hello there!

Imagine you have a Pivot Table with at least one page field at the upper left corner. Is it possible to select more than one value for that field? I tried to solve it with a VBA code like:

ActiveSheet.PivotTables("PivotTable1").PivotFields("Colors").CurrentPage = "Green" or "Red" or "Blue"

Is there any solution?

Best Regards
Pedro

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Pedro,

If I remember it correct there are only two options available:

Select one value or select all values through an advanced setting.

The key point with pagefields is to work with a subset of data only and not all data from one source. This limit the options we can work with when using pagefields.

Either code the grouping in your data set as a new field [e.g., 'Fruit' field would be TRUE using =OR(A2={"Apples","Oranges"})] or group the field items with the field in the ROW or COLUMN postion, then move it to the PAGE position.
