Select Shape within a cell with VBA

Hi, seems like a simple question, but could someone give me a line of script that will select whatever Shape (object/Picture, etc) is located within (on top of) the cell or array of cells that are currently selected so that the rest of my script can do what it wants to with those Shapes once I just click on them to activate the macro?
Also what do I put to tell it to wait until I click the mouse key, etc to continue the script?
