Hello all,

What I have is around 4000 lines of data, each with an employee name and a date (among other information) I would like to run a macro that will use a common key from one sheet (Found in D:D), and select the most current employee from another using the common key from the first sheet to find other common keys, then select the most current employee by finding the max date for the common key in column L:L. If I could attach an example that would help lol...anyone think they can decipher what I'm trying to do ha thanks
