Selected cell (Green border color). Possible to Change?

Hello all,

When you select a cell, the cell is marked with a green border around the cell, marked that the cell is selected. It is possible to change this color?

How about dynamically changing the border color of the selected cell\range using the Worksheet Selection_Change event (vba)
