selecting different installed printer

I have several printers installed and need to "print" to the PDFCreator. I can't get this to work, any hints?

Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.

How is it not working? You should simply be able to select PDFCreator from the list of printers and continue as usual.

You're right, I recorded the macro to see what the exact printername is and found out that I forgot something.
