Selecting Dynamic Range("A1").Select

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this? Just trying to select a dyanamic Range of rows starting with ("3:3").

LastRow = Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row
        Rows("3:3" & "," & LastRow & ":" & LastRow).Select

LastRow = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
Rows("3:" & LastRow).Select
