Hi.

I have a locked workbook that the user would like to copy individual graphs and copy and paste them over to power point. I can select individual cells, but can't copy a plot. I don't want to allow the user to get to the data or to the graphs.

Anyway that I can do this?

Thanks.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
You could create a macro and assign it to a button that un-protects the worksheet, copies the chart as a picture to the clipboard, then re-protects the worksheet.
Code:
Sub CopyChart1()
    ActiveSheet.Unprotect "MyPassWord"

    ActiveSheet.ChartObjects("Chart 1").Chart.CopyPicture _
    Appearance:=xlScreen, Size:=xlScreen, Format:=xlPicture

    ActiveSheet.Protect "MyPassWord"

End Sub
