I am trying to set up a form where I can select an item from the row and then make a seperate selection based on available items in the corresponding column. Previously I used a drop down list but that would not allow me to restrict items based on the first selection. For example If I select Red Oak in Cell E17, I only want the list of available colors for red oak to be in E19. I do not think I can not use a lookup as there will be more than 7 wood types and stain colors (not all are listed below):

Stain color Ash Red Oak Hickory Alder Maple
merlot y
Toffee y
Natural Y y y y y
Sonora y
Chiffon y
Cognac y
Wedgewood y y y y
Sutton y y y y
Verona y y y y
Sable y y y y
Cabernet y y y y y
