Selecting Only Cells with Data

Hi everyone. This is probably really simple but how do I select only all cells with data? Basically, I have an array with no blanks but the number of rows is a lot. I just want to select all the cells with data in one step. Is there a function or macro that can do this? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

By using code? or just a shortcut?
Do you have code now that you want to add maybe say
Select.CurrentRegion

Hmm .. I guess I would need a macro. Does anyone have a simple macro for doing this?

Sub MySelection()
    With ActiveCell
          .CurrentRegion.Select
    End With
End Sub
