Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Try this.
Code:
Private Sub NumSeq()
Dim rng As Range
    Set rng = Range("A1")
    For I = 1 To 100
        rng = Format(I, "000") & "-01"
        rng.AutoFill rng.Resize(10)
        Set rng = rng.Offset(10)
    Next I
End Sub
