Send Access Data to excel via excel VBA

I want to query a access table and fetch some rows and populate a excel workbook. I would like to do it in a excel VBA macro.

If a user clicks a button in excel, then the SQL query should run on the access table and populate the selected rows in the xcel sheet.

Can this be done in a Excel macro?

This can certainly be achieved. Search the board for SQL code.
There are a lot of helpful posts that will point you in the right direction.
