Send contents of column B and column C to two plain text files in two directories on C:

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet with column B (Cities) and column C (Theaters) and want to send column B to C:\Cities\Cities.txt and column C to C:\Theaters\Theaters.txt (plain text files).

How can I do this?
