send email automatically when a new row is added

Hello, I have a sheet where rows gets added every day, now i add a row and copy paste the same row into outlook and send a mail, i need a vba which must automatically send the header and the newly added row as email to the mail id specified in column A, next time when a row is added it must send only the newly added row as email.

you would be far better just using power Automate for this it has built in features to do exactly this kind of thing
