i wonder if anybody can help me. i have an staff record file whereby i would like to send email based on certain number is met e.g. every numbers of 16 if it falls within 3 months, 64 falls within 6 months and 124 falls within 12 months window each time when the numbers hit this ratios on cell No "B6". i have an audit trail to record all on sheet called "LogDetails" whereby Date has entered every time cell is updated therefore is there any way around to this.
basically when someone has entered S in to cells it calculate the S in total and it adds up and each time when it reaches 16 for e.g. email is sent however i want only to be send email if it falls within certain months
