If I have table "A" that has a CONDITION (PORTAL, CHANGES) and then the EMAIL (Jo.jo.com - for PORTAL and jimbob.com for CHANGES)

I have a form that is pulling from a few tables based on dates.
When the data is returned, I would like the application to send the EMAILS out to the Condition - MATCHED on the (table A)
?

Basically, if I run my report and it returns 4 results
2 PORTAL
2 CHANGES

the button would match the CONDITION to the TABLE "A" contact and generate the email.

Furthermore, could the Email form be customized?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Have you considered using a SendObject macro?
Create two lines of SendObject - one To: JoJo & one To: JimBob.
Create condition statements for each Condition = Portal, Condition = Changes (?)

yep...I am using that right now...my issue is...having the e-mail address automatically populated based on the results of the query, versus having to hard code the e-mail address in the macro...make sense?
