Send Excel sheet straight to someone's inbox via a Macro button

Hi

I needed help with sending a worksheet straight to someone's email address.

I have a form on a spreadsheet which I fill. The filled form then needs to be emailed over to an a specific email address : say Form@companyA.co.uk.

I know how to create a macro button with "Click to Submit" written on it. Once pressed the sheet needs to automatically be sent to Form@companyA.co.uk.

Can anyone help with this?
