Send network message to all users viewing shared file

Hi All,

Hope that someone can help me with the following question:
I'm wondering if it is possible to send a network message to all users viewing a particular shared file.
Or maybe that it is possible to have a windows message pop-up to all users currently viewing the file telling them to urgently save their work and close the file.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

It's possible to add code to the shared file that would do that.
