I have several computers running WinXP and Excel XP and none of them have the option to send the spreadsheet as an attachment. It has "for review" and "mail recipient". In the previous setups of Win98 and Office 97, this was not the case. I can't seem to find any info on this problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
I'm only finding that as an issue in Office 2000. Sure you have XP??

Yep, XL 2002 has that issue. Perhaps it's just an issue of semantics, or maybe an install configuration issue...

The Help files make it sound like the option is right there on the Files menu.

I initially tried sending as attachment, found that all it did was send a worksheet as the body of communication (minus code).

I gave up. I open Outlook, create a new mail, then attach the file. Thought it was my problem, not a general flaw.
