Hi all,

I'm a researcher using the Qualtrics survey platform to gather data from participants. The program can send automatic emails after each participant completes a survey. What I would like to do is send these emails with a gift card code attached. I have an excel file with all the gift card codes. Is there a way, maybe in html, to insert these gift card codes into the emails? The problem that I'm having is that I want to insert the next gift card every time a participant completes the survey (i.e. so that each participant gets one unique gift card code and no duplicates are sent out).

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I quickly looked at the Qualtrics website. There is no information stating the survey results are able to be pasted into Excel.
Is the data you collect being "dumped" into Excel. If so, there may be a means to perform the function you are seeking.

Otherwise you may be better served by contacting the company directly and inquiring from them.

Thanks for the response! Yes, the issue is I can't automatically download and the survey results like that.

What it CAN do is automatically send emails. I was hoping in the automatic email I could input code that would send the gift card codes. Is that possible?

I noticed on their website you can get assistance manipulating their code. Looks like the program is written in C or C++.

You should check with the company.
