Sending back values of a table from one sheet to another

Hi, I am trying to create a code that updates the values in the row of another sheet (lets call this sheetB) (NOT add or delete rows) after you update a value in the table of the active sheet (lets call this sheetA) when u click a command button. The values in the table of sheetA are technically the same as the values in sheetB, but are just extracted out into sheetA because they meet a certain criteria, but my main issue right now is i have trouble trying to 'send' those values back into sheetB after I have updated the table in sheetA. such that the certain column values in the row will be updated, but not replaced or deleted. Any form of help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
