Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Try this
Code:
Sub Mail_With_Attch()
Dim fpath As String, fname As String
Dim OutApp As Object, OutMail As Object
fpath = "H:\PARs\"
fname = Range("I10").Value & ".pdf"
ActiveSheet.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:=fpath & fname, OpenAfterPublish:=False
Set OutApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
Set OutMail = OutApp.CreateItem(0)
On Error Resume Next
With OutMail
    .To = "PAR"
    .CC = ""
    .BCC = ""
    .Subject = Sheets("PAR").Range("I10").Value
    .Body = "Dear All, please find attached PAR for " & Namesx & ". And have a nice day! Thank you "
    .Attachments.Add fpath & fname
    .Display
End With
On Error GoTo 0
Set OutMail = Nothing
Set OutApp = Nothing
End Sub
