hi
i copied a series of info from a pdf and when pasting into excel it all pastes in one cell - like this:
51626A 51629A 51633M 51640A 51640A 51645A 51649A B3B30FN B3B32FN B3B33FN C1823D C2P04AN C2P05AN C2P06AN C2P07AN C2P19AN C2P20AN C2P21AN C2P22AN
i want each to separate each item number into its own cell
there are spaces between the item number
how do i separate or re-paste so that each item number will go into its own cell?
i want the item number to be like this:

51626A
51629A
51633M
51640A
51640A

thanks in advance for taking the time to read my post and help me =)

Excel Facts

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
First use Text to Columns

Text to Columns
  • Highlight range to convert
  • Data >> Data Tools >> Text to Columns >> Check Delimited >> Next
  • Check Space >> Next >> Finish

Now highlight the range which was just created, copy, paste as values and transpose
