Please help how to separate the text in column A to column C,D,E,F as shown above?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().

Goto Data>Text to Columns
Select Delimited>Next
Select Space
Finish
