separating bars on two-y axis graph

Right now, the bars corresponding to each y axis are overlapping, primary axis in front of secondary axis. I want them to be side by side. Can anyone help?

Not without giving us your chart data. Chances are you could just put a dummy series in the primary axis BEFORE the first series, and a dummy series in the secondary AFTER the second series, and then make them have no formatting so that they hold a place and push the other series right/left respectively.
