Separating data within a cell

Hello All,

How would I take a cell that contains data such as this:

247 W Passaic St, Maywood, NJ 07607-1257.

And separating it into 3 cells - Address 1, City, State and Zip

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Try something like this...
