Hi Everybody

Here is my question. I have got a situation in which i have a combination of text and number in the same cell. I want to separate text and number into two different cells.
For example, I have
A1 BKN300

I want

B1 BKN
C1 300

Peace
Muhammad Zeeshan

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Hello Muhammad

If it's always 3 letters and 3 digits:
Code:
=LEFT(A1,3)
=RIGHT(A1,3)

RIGHT() returns a text. If you need a number then you have to amend the formula.
Code:
=--RIGHT(A1,3)
