Seperate names from Surname

I have in Column A from A3 a list of names the are as per the below examples

MR ANDRE CORNELIUS VORSTER I need to see only the names in Column B, e.g. Gert Johannes Botha Aaron Mafana, etc Please assist with a formula I tried Left and Len but cant seem to get the answer

As the names have different lengths, I'd suggest using text to columns to seperate them
