I have a sheet with many, many groups of data. The first has information in A9:N12. The next group is in A15:N18 and so on and so forth.

I am interested in pulling certain data from each group into a list on the side in cell Q10 and down with the data from cells M9, M15, M21, M27 etc. (in that same pattern - every 6 cells) and in R10 with the data from N10, N16, N22, N28 etc. (same idea).

Is there a quick way to do this? Auto-fill seems to randomly choose cells when I drag down...and I would prefer to not manually type everyone in.

Thanks.
