Set a power pivotb KPI

I have a dashboard that I want to distribute to many customers. It contains a % KPI based on an absolute value of 1. The red icon threshold is set to 0.185 and the yellow is set to 0.48 My problem is that these are my threshold values and each of my customers may have different values. I don't want to have to teach them all how to edit the KPI and so I was hoping to be able to link the thresholds to two cells in a worksheet which they could update to change the thresholds. Alternatively if that's not possible could I update the values using vba? I've trawled the internet but can find next to no info on using vba to control power pivot. I'm aware you can create power pivot measures with vba so I suspect the KPI's can also be created and edited so if anyone can help with either method to get a solution I'd be grateful.
